in our everyday life our hamstrings are mostly active, and with most sports they are quite engaged. But most of the time we don't stretch them enough to release the tension, and this can lead to back pain or other hip problems. In this gentle yoga workout we'll concentrate on stretching our hamstrings and release lower back pain.
