Course Description
20 Minute Total Body, Full Body Stretch, Vinyasa Flow, Full Body Strength Yoga - Is meant to tone and stretch the entire body head to toe in 20 minutes! We will learn more about the sun salutations and take our SUN A & SUN B, Vinyasa Flow.
This is class 2 in an 10 class series, this is the PERFECT place to begin your yoga journey.

PLEASE follow along with the next suggested class, as this series will guide you safely into becoming a seasoned yogi.
