Course Description
Today we have a quick sweaty HIIT day! No equipment needed and no repeats! I am a CPT and RHN and my goal is to make 1:1 training accessible to all women! I'm here to push women to be the best versions of themselves and inspire you to grow both physically and mentally!

35 seconds on/ 15 seconds off
2 jumping jacks into 2 half sprawls
moving pushups
plank jacks
4 square hops
10 shuffles into 10 high knees
punching jumping jacks
squat toe tap
quarter turn jump squats
slow burpees
reverse inchworms
lateral shuffles
hip thrust step outs
4 second fast feet into 1 tuck jump
plank reach outs
head, shoulder knees and toes
4 shuffles into 2 jump lunges
