Hey folks! Try these standing ABS exercises! Standing Abs workout is great for working the muscle of the entire core, from your back to your hips. Standing Abs workout is a great alternative workout to have a stronger core! Let's get your abs popping!

Sumo Squat
Back Lunges to Rotation
Squat Jump Bicycle Crunch
Burpee to Knee Pump
