Welcome to the standing abs dance cardio course! I am a zumba enthusiastic, a firm believer in the power of music as the best fitness motivation. This course combines high intensity cardio dance moves and repeated ab exercises to target your stubborn belly fat in the most fun and effective way. You'll find 3 full workouts with 6 songs all focused on blasting those abs with minimal mat work.

If you're not a dancer, don't worry! All workouts contain easy-to-follow next move previews, with some featuring live voice narration as well.

I've chosen KPOP songs for this course because of their high BPM and strong background beat to help keep your rhythm and get you motivated. If you're not a KPOP fan, I still encourage you to try out this course and apply these standing ab moves to your own songs of choice!
