Course Description
Welcome to my Pop Zumba Dance Cardio course! This course focuses on improving your cardiovascular endurance while blasting those calories through a mix of high intensity exercises and dance moves. Follow along to my easy-to-follow instructions with built-in next move previews for an unbeatably fun cardio workout!

This course features 5 pop songs and includes a warm-up and cool-down. You'll find some of your favorite artists here, such as NSYNC, One Direction, BTS and more.

Recommended usage:
Complete all 5 workouts with 30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat cardio dance workouts for increased difficulty as you progress.
I am a fitness fanatic from Chicago, Illinois. I have been a dancer for much of my life and have recently switched into Zumba training through virtual platforms. I'm a firm believer in the power of music for motivation and the effectiveness of home workouts (when done properly) even with no equipment. I specialize in high intensity cardio dance workouts, where I blend plyometrics, strength exercises, and cardio dance moves for a holistic and fun fat-burning fitness experience!
