Hi, I'm Hayley, a Level 3 mat Pilates instructor based in the UK. I first took up Pilates as a way of managing musculoskeletal pain I was suffering as a result of scoliosis and osteoarthritis, and fell completely in love. My classes embrace the healing benefits of Pilates in a functional and relatable way, and offer some much needed head space!
