Course Description
Today’s workout is for lower body - glute, hamstrings, & quads with kettlebell HIIT (45s on and 15s rest) for this Kettlebell Month challenge. Total 2 circuits with 6 different exercises in each, and repeat one more time. I use 35 lb & 25 lb kettlebell today. Take 30 sec rest in between each circuit. You may pick lighter one or heavier Kettlebell or dumbbells to suit you.

Okay... Keep a strict healthy diet and do at least 20-30 minutes cardio and resistance workouts as your weekday routines. Relax or do stretches to recover your body on weekends. When you follow along with my workouts, you will get a strong and amazing shredded and toned body. My time is ready, let's do it now.
