Course Description
Welcome to Part 2 of the Zumba HIIT series, featuring a brand new set of workouts that combine energizing Zumba dance moves with plyometrics and cardio exercises for a unique training experience. These workouts focus on increasing your cardiovascular endurance by pushing your body to the max, all to the beat of motivating music.

Each workout has easy-to-follow "next move" previews with some featuring live voice narrations. Every dance move flows right into the next, alternating between high intensity exercises with lower impact dance moves, with breaks built in between songs. These workouts are all set to high BPM k-pop songs chosen for their motivating energy and strong beat.

5 full workouts
-1 warmup video and 4 high intensity dance workouts
8 songs
-recommended 30 second break between each song
I am a fitness fanatic from Chicago, Illinois. I have been a dancer for much of my life and have recently switched into Zumba training through virtual platforms. I'm a firm believer in the power of music for motivation and the effectiveness of home workouts (when done properly) even with no equipment. I specialize in high intensity cardio dance workouts, where I blend plyometrics, strength exercises, and cardio dance moves for a holistic and fun fat-burning fitness experience!
