Course Description
Welcome to Zumba HIIT! This course combines the energizing dance moves of Zumba workouts with plyometrics and cardio exercises to pump up your cardiovascular endurance and blast those calories (while having a blast!). Every workout includes easy-to-follow "next move" previews, with some featuring live voice narrations.

These workouts are set to high BPM k-pop music, chosen for their motivating intensity and strong underlying beat.

Course contents:
5 full Zumba HIIT dance workouts
-1 warm-up video
-4 high intensity workouts between 7-10 minutes each
10 songs featuring artists like Blackpink & BTS
I am a fitness fanatic from Chicago, Illinois. I have been a dancer for much of my life and have recently switched into Zumba training through virtual platforms. I'm a firm believer in the power of music for motivation and the effectiveness of home workouts (when done properly) even with no equipment. I specialize in high intensity cardio dance workouts, where I blend plyometrics, strength exercises, and cardio dance moves for a holistic and fun fat-burning fitness experience!
