Course Description
This course combines effective glute-building and thigh-thinning exercises with cardio dance moves to provide a fun and motivating training experience. Each workout incorporates popular equipment-free exercises (kickbacks, lunges, jump squats, etc) with Zumba dance moves to burn off fat while blasting those leg muscles.

The workouts are set to pop or kpop songs chosen because of their high BPM and strong underlying beat that makes these songs perfect for dance cardio. Every workout includes easy-to-follow "next move" previews.

Course Contents:
4 full workouts focused on building glute muscle and slim legs (with built in breaks between songs)
9 songs featuring popular artists like BTS, Megan Thee Stallion, and Blackpink.
I am a fitness fanatic from Chicago, Illinois. I have been a dancer for much of my life and have recently switched into Zumba training through virtual platforms. I'm a firm believer in the power of music for motivation and the effectiveness of home workouts (when done properly) even with no equipment.
