30 Minutes Follow-Along Full Body Workout with Dumbells for Strength. The Workout takes you through series of exercises to get you moving and train the important muscle groups. We will work on stabilizing core muscles while training the muscles like shoulders, glutes & legs. Transverse & lateral plane leg work included for maximum benefits.
