Course Description
Join me in my 30 Day Fit30 Series Challenge! All you need is 30 minutes to complete these workouts. They will range in intensity level from foundational to advanced. All levels are welcome to every single class as I show progressions and alternatives to every exercise we do. You have the option to pause if needed. Overall, make sure you have eaten properly beforehand so you have adequate energy.

Grab some water and most definitely a towel and let's get to work!!

I started my business when I was truly learning how to balance life of being a Mom of two small children, trying to navigate postpartum hormones and emotions, and getting my body back to where I felt happy again. This is why I've created these short burst workouts to help you strengthen not only your body, but your mind as well. This is where you tap into that inner strength and channel any negative energy you have into something positive. If you want changes, make them happen! It is possible, you just have to commit to something more, something different. Don't doubt yourself, you CAN do this!!!
