Course Description
This course contains full workouts featuring intense mat exercises and dance cardio exercises all targeting your abdominal and oblique muscles. This combo of strength and cardio aims to blast calories, burn fat, and build up muscle in a fun and unique training experience.

Each exercise lasts for 20-40 seconds and is timed to the beat of the underlying music with built-in breaks in between. Each workout also includes easy-to-follow live narrations and next-move previews. These workouts are set to kpop music chosen for their strong beat and motivating energy.

Course contents:
3 full cardio ab workouts each ranging from 8-10 minutes in length.
1 oblique and arm toning workout
I am a fitness fanatic from Chicago, Illinois. I have been a dancer for much of my life and have recently switched into Zumba training through virtual platforms. I'm a firm believer in the power of music for motivation and the effectiveness of home workouts (when done properly) even with no equipment. I specialize in high intensity cardio dance workouts, where I blend plyometrics, strength exercises, and cardio dance moves for a holistic and fun fat-burning fitness experience!
