Course Description
Perfect for BTS fans or fitness fanatics looking for new, fun, and effective ways to improve their cardiovascular endurance. The high BPM of BTS hit songs provide constant motivation to push your limits and burn those calories. The workouts are all combined is a HIIT-style format, and they feature Zumba dance moves with cardio & plyometric exercises to create a unique and holistic training experience.

The workouts in this course contain easy-to-follow "next move" previews and voice narrations.

Course contents:
3 High Intensity Workouts (7-10 minutes each)
6 songs, including your favorite BTS hits like "Dynamite" and "Boy with Luv."
I am a fitness fanatic from Chicago, Illinois. I have been a dancer for much of my life and have recently switched into Zumba training through virtual platforms. I'm a firm believer in the power of music for motivation and the effectiveness of home workouts (when done properly) even with no equipment. I specialize in high intensity cardio dance workouts, where I blend plyometrics, strength exercises, and cardio dance moves for a holistic and fun fat-burning fitness experience!
