Course Description
This is Day 7 of my Abs Workout Program. This Program will strengthen your abdominal muscles and will give you the 6 pack you desire (as long as you maintain a healthy diet).
This abs workout can be done before or after any other workout. You could also choose to do this abs workout separately.
I recommend working on your abs 5-6 times per week.
