Enjoy the intense ab workout at the beach. Each exercise is specifically formulated to strengthen a specific part of your abdomen. The workout is only 10 minutes long, but you will be surprised how much 10 minutes will change your body. Do this workout regularly and you will see a six pack very soon. I filmed this workout 4 months ago. I've been doing this workout a few times a week for the past four months, and it has done wonders for my body.
