This 5 min quick + intense abs workout will make your abs cry! hehe. get ready for a challenging and short ab workout you can do on a daily basis for incredible results! here's the first step you can take on your way to a six pack :)
this routine is a follow along - meaning I'm right there doing it with you!! every time you feel unmotivated you can look up at the screen and get energized! let's kill it together!
structure - 7 exercises, 45 secs (for the first 6) and 30 seconds for the last. NO REST. (take it if needed)
