Course Description
This workout takes you through 5 exercises repeated a total of 6 times in 30 minutes. It is a total body workout to train your Shoulders, Core, Legs & Back. Over the course of the workout, exercises progress to a difficult variation (in terms of complexity & added weights) to get more out of the 30 seconds work we are doing. You can stick to the basic variation till you feel ready to progress to the next level with good form.
