Course Description
This 20 min full body workout is perfect for days when you're short on time but still want to get an intense workout in!
You'll need dumbbells (I used 2 dumbbells of 5kg=11 lbs) and minimal space! you can basically do it everywhere.
The workout includes 20 exercises that train everything- upperbody (back, arms, shoulders, chest), core and lower body (entire leg)!
