Course Description
This 18 min LEGS workout is fiiiiireee!! If you want to work on all parts of your legs - booty, thighs (quads + outer thigh, hamstrings) and calves - this will be perfect for you!
Intense and effective to sculpt your thighs and lift your booty!

This workout consists of 18 exercise (you repeat the circuit twice, once for each leg), each exercise done for 45secs and then rest for 15 secs.
