Hi , I'm Rachel, and this 17 minute HIIT Cardio is quite intense, There are 3 sets, each set has 3 exercises over a 90 second period repeated 3 times,, with 30 seconds rest between each repetition. There are demo videos, timers and low impact options where required, and full instruction from myself, so it very easy to follow along. So to be clear, there are 9 repetitions of 90 seconds workout time with 30 seconds rest between each repetition. The long workout time and short rest time are designed to improve your conditioning, by that I mean your recovery time, remember, this is HIIT, ( high intensity interval training). Please join me in this workout today, go at your own pace, but as fast as you can, and repeat it, it will get easier as your fitness and conditioning improve.
