Course Description
This is a 17 minute full body no equipment HIIT workout. There are three rounds of 7 exercises that you will perform for 30 secs with 10 secs rest in between exercises and 1 minute rest in between rounds. The exercises are. Good luck!

My name is Paul and yes have Parkinson’s. I was diagnosed just over three years ago right before my 40th birthday. I have always been active but after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s I have taken my exercise to the next level. Exercise is critical for people with Parkinson’s. So I am taking my passion of fitness and creating workouts for people with or without Parkinson’s and at any fitness . My workouts are typically high intensity interval training workouts that will challenge you physically whether you have Parkinson’s or not. Every exercise can be modified based on your fitness level.
