Course Description
This is a 10 MINUTE EMOM. Every minute on the minute (or jump ahead if you have the endurance) you will do 10 push-ups 10 shoulder taps, 10 v-ups and 10 lemon squeezers for a total of 100 of each and a grand total of 400 reps.

My name is Paul and yes have Parkinson’s. I was diagnosed just over three years ago right before my 40th birthday. I have always been active but after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s I have taken my exercise to the next level. Exercise is critical for people with Parkinson’s. So I am taking my passion of fitness and creating workouts for people with or without Parkinson’s and at any fitness . My workouts are typically high intensity interval training workouts that will challenge you physically whether you have Parkinson’s or not. Every exercise can be modified based on your fitness level.
