Course Description
This 16 min booty workout is quick and effective!
It required free weights (I used 2 5kg dumbbells/11 lbs) and minimal space.
The routine includes 8 exercises, once you complete the entire circuit, you repeat it! You can rest between circuits.
Each exercise is 45 seconds on and 15 seconds of rest.
