Course Description
This an intense 15 minutes of simple and complex push up and plank combinations. These are some of the exrrcises I like to do myself. Its tough, and try and follow the correct techniques to get the most out of it. There are 15 exercises, each for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest. There is full instruction from myself, and timers and demo videos, so its very easy to follow, and it will get easier with practice.
