Hi i'm Rachel, and this 15 minute intense floor workout is focused on working our legs, thighs butt and abs, for strengthening and toning, and no equipment is needed. There are 15 exercises, each for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds rest. There is full instruction from myself throughout, and demo videos and timers, so its easy to follow. Its intense and challenging,, but just keep repeating,, it will get easier as your strength and fitness improve. Choose this workout and lets do this together.
