Hi, and thanks for looking in at this 15 minute floor cardio routine. Remember cardio is about speed and movement, and this can be done on the floor as well as standing. There are 15 cardio exercises, each for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds rest, there are timers, demo videos and full instruction by myself throughout, so it's very easy to follow along, just listen to my instructions. Any high impact exercises have low impact options, so its suitable for everyone. Go at your own speed, but as fast as you comfortably can, and pace yourself, this is not a sprint, it requires stamina, which will improve as you repeat the workout, and your fitness improves.
