This is a quick 15 minute HIIT full body workout! No repeats so every exercise is new and exciting! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and my goal is to push you mentally and physically to be your best self!

10 high knees into 1 tuck jump
full burpee into half burpee
1 push up into 4 plank jacks
squat jump into duck walks
burpee into 4 punches
shoulder pushups
straddlers
5 hip thrusts into 1 reverse crunch
inchworm into 2 wide mountain climbers
military pushup into half sprawl
shoulder taps
10 fast feet into 2 jump squats
5 shuffles into 5 heel clicks
