Course Description
This 13 minutes back resistance band workout will help you get ripped back.
With each movement focusing on the squeeze, slowing of the eccentric movement and control throughout will maximize tension to the muscles. We will be targeting the middle and upper back muscles primarily but you will feel the burn in your biceps as well!
