Course Description
In this course we’ll shape up your biceps and triceps while working on your shoulders and upper back and improve your posture! I bet you’ll start to feel the intensity in 3 minutes or less.

What we want is to shape those muscles without actually growing them. Isn’t that great? Don’t forget: your posture is a sign of your age. You need exercise for an active and vigorous posture (which, btw, is a great trigger for self-confidence ???? )

Also: sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, or studying hunches us forward. To counter that we need to strengthen our arms, shoulders, and back. Who doesn’t have a mere 12 minutes for this? And if you get too tired, stop and finish the routine tomorrow, it’s fine.
