Course Description
This outer thigh + side booty routine is alll about the side of your legs! So if you want more round hips (could help with hip dips!) and an overall lean sculpted thighs look - this one is for you!!
It's intense and burns! Do as much as you can, I promise the more you train it the more you'll improve!
The structure is 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest for each exercise before moving to the next one.
