Course Description
Yes, 10 minutes of hardcore pure ab exercises will work, but you may be misled.

You see, if you spend 10 minutes a day on your abs, and really work them during those 10 minutes, (no cheating!) then your abs will grow.

However, here’s the catch:

you cannot actually see them unless you have low enough body fat.

So yes, if you’re already lean with low body fat, (around 10%, preferably less) you will absolutely get abs within a two months if you’re consistent and hard working.

But if you’re overweight or even just have a few extra pounds, you’ll need to drop that weight first, which will either take hours of working out each day (not recommended), or a proper weight-loss nutrition plan (highly recommended).

Final note: every body is different. Some people store fat in different places, so while you might be thin with ripped abs, they may still not show due to where your body stores fat. Likewise, people with slightly higher body fat than you might be able to see their abs because fat for them is stored in places other than their belly.
