10 MINUTE EMOM (EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE) WORKOUT. YOU WILL DO 10 PUSH-UPS, 10 SHOULDER TAPS, 10 V-UPS, AND 10 LEMON SQUEEZERS EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE. THE SOONER YOU GET DONE THE LONGER THE REST YOU HAVE IN BETWEEN SETS. TOTAL REPS WILL BE 100 OF EACH AT THE END OF THE WORKOUT. ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE. DON'T BE TURNED AWAY BY THE FACT THAT THIS GUY WITH PARKINSON'S CAN DO IT. I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU!

My name is Paul and yes have Parkinson’s. I was diagnosed just over three years ago right before my 40th birthday. I have always been active but after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s I have taken my exercise to the next level. Exercise is critical for people with Parkinson’s. So I am taking my passion of fitness and creating workouts for people with or without Parkinson’s and at any fitness . My workouts are typically high intensity interval training workouts that will challenge you physically whether you have Parkinson’s or not. Every exercise can be modified based on your fitness level.
