Marcus Wallace is a Sergeant First Class in the Army and Certified Personal Trainer, US Army Master Fitness Trainer and former College and Pro Athlete. He joined Fire Team Whiskey to motivate, encourage and energize others to jump start their fitness goals. Marcus provides training programs to Military Service Members and their families to help provide clarity in a confusing fitness world. Marcus is passionate about helping his clients attain consistency and overcome excuses. Marcus is a hybrid trainer and believes you should be strong, athletic, functional, in order to look and feel good. Marcus workouts are intense with short rest periods and combine strength training with cardio for optimal results. Marcus’ workouts combine body weight and equipment training and his motto is “you get out what you put in”.
