20 Minute Total Body, Full Body Stretch, Vinyasa Flow, Full Body Strength Yoga - Is meant to tone and stretch the entire body head to toe in 20 minutes! Please be gentle with your knees as we will take Hero's Pose in this class.

This is a great to do anytime during the day, and can be done as many times as you would like. This video will help create heat while linking breath and movement, through a series of sun salutations and warriors poses.
