Course Description
Mobility Series Filmed in Mexico - Each video is about 20 minutes in length. May add this onto the end of any of your other workout routines or do on its own to feel open, relaxed & calm.

Video 1 ~ Morning Stretch & Flow
Join me in Mexico for a stretch & flow workout that targets the entire body. This routine contains a mixture of movement & stretches to increase range of motion, mobility & flexibility. You will find a bit of strength in the routine once you get down to the mat.

Video 2 ~ Spine, Shoulder & Neck Mobility
Join me in Mexico for some relaxation and mobility training. This stretch routine is done seated and recommended to use a mat. Great routine to do when you are feeling tight in the upper body and you want to release some tension.

Video 3 ~ Lower Body Stretch
Starts with some mobility to warm up the muscles then moves into longer holds. Stretches are held for 30 seconds or longer with focus to increase your flexibility in the lower body. Lots of stretches targeting hamstrings, inner thighs, hips, glutes & low back. May use a towel to help hold the stretches if you are too tight to grab the legs with the hands.

Mat or towel required. Great routine for any level of fitness. No previous experience necessary. Focus on breath and relaxation and don't strain yourself into stretches.
MY STORY I want to quickly introduce myself so hey I am Jessica. For the past decade I have been a personal trainer and health & habit coach. I’m also a proud mom to my sweet son & German shepherd. I’m thrilled to be here, guiding you on this journey of transformation! I believe in empowering women because I know all too well what it is like to lack confidence and self esteem, to feel overwhelmed, stressed and busy trying to do it all. My past experiences gave me my passion to help other women that may be struggling with their confidence & self worth. I have taught myself and many other women how to be their healthiest self both mentally & physically. My goal is to help you to be your happiest most confident self. Because you are worth it and deserve it! WHAT I DO I specialize in women’s healthwith focus towards mobility, corrective core & breath work, pelvic floor, posture, strength & toning. Common goals I work towards with you are weight loss, rebuilding the core, feeling stronger & more confident. Once we have determined your goals we make a plan together that you feel you can implement with both in session and at home strategies. I am so passionate and fortunate to work with women just like you and help you through your health journey. I offer both Personal Training for those women that are local or Online Training for those that need professional services from home.
